Abstract: 

The capital of an organization is not just financial and physical capitals, rather personnel's Knowledge capital is more important than that. In present time, Knowledge as an important competitive advantage can play a key role in the success and decline of businesses. In competitive markets, many organizations deal with this issue. Therefore, the present study investigates the impact of marketing Knowledge Management on competitive advantage by considering the mediating role of variables of innovation capability and organizational performance. The statistical population of this research is the FMCG industry broadcasting companies in Iran. The 96 companies were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected through standard questionnaire with 34 questions. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its validity was measured by divergent and convergent method. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was performed using PLS3 software to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that marketing Knowledge Management had a positive and significant effect on innovation capability, organizational performance and competitive advantage. Innovation capability also has a significant and positive impact on competitive advantage and organizational performance. Finally, organizational performance has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Finally, practical suggestions were provided.

Abstract: 

Background: Knowledge in the economies of the countries is of great importance, and Knowledge base enterprises as Knowledge producers and commercializes have a strong role in the Knowledge economy. The executives of Knowledge base enterprises are expert people with technical expertise who do not necessarily have much Knowledge about Management Functions. Human resource Management is one of the main Functions of Management, which predicts the failure and success of these companies. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the process of human resource Management in Knowledge base enterprises. The main question is: what processes of human resource Management are carried out and prioritized. Also, this paper examines the effect of HR departments and the number of human resources on the performance of human resources Management processes. Method: The sample of this research is about 168 managers and experts of human resource Management in Knowledge base enterprises. Results: The results of this study showed that employing Functions, recruitment interviews, application schedules, staff structure and payment, contingency and positional payments, and rewards for specific groups are performed in over 90% of these companies. The results showed that the Functions of the staff classification and payment structure, employee benefits and retirement plan, bonus Management system, employee communication and health and safety, the existence or absence of a unit of HRM affects them. Conclusion: Since this research explores the Functions of HRM in separately, these results are beneficial for researchers as well as for managers of these companies. Abstract: 

Adoption of new Management approaches at the Payam Noor University (PNU) central organization, resulted in paying particular attention to Knowledge Management in order to meet university goals. Therefore, related literature was reviewed to develop a conceptual model along with variables involved. Data were collected using exploratory methods and focus groups.Survey instrument was administered to a random sample of 220 university staff at PNU. Results indicated that Knowledge Management through integrating intellectual properties could affect student-centered learning, organizational learning, rational leadership and decision making, process re-engineering, production of new Knowledge, transferring tacit Knowledge to explicit Knowledge, and Knowledge sharing towards improving performance and meeting intended objectives.

Abstract: 

Background & Aims: Another intelligence to prevent inertia is to create Knowledge transformations in the organization. Knowledge Management is today's organizational effort, including factors facilitating the organization's progress. It should be noted that organizations need people who respond appropriately to environmental challenges, are not afraid to share Knowledge and information and stand up for their own beliefs and the beliefs of their teams. In today's world, skills that efficiently transform Knowledge and information into new and innovative services and goods are the hallmarks of successful Knowledge-based economies. Since Knowledge and information have become a common currency for achieving productivity, competitiveness, wealth, and prosperity, countries have also given higher priority to human capital development. Thus, governments around the world have focused on strategies to increase access to better quality and effective education. Decision makers and policymakers have also sought to find answers or answers to key and challenging questions within the organization. Of course, Knowledge Management has various types, and some researchers acKnowledge that methods such as Knowledge integration and integration in any organizational environment can yield better results. In the competitive environment of organizations, Management practitioners are always trying to increase the prosperity of their institution by creating a sustainable competitive advantage through improving organizational performance. Given global competition, performance evaluation is needed for the survival of the organization, and the main reason for evaluating and measuring organizational performance is to increase the overall effectiveness of the organization and business processes and to allow managers to focus their attention on areas that need improvement. The present study was conducted to explain the relationship between cybernetic Management Functions and organizational inertia with the mediating role of Knowledge Management. Methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose and was conducted using a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the present study consisted of 366 employees of the sports and youth departments of Fars province in 2010, including managers, deputies, and experts. The statistical sample size of this study was 59 managers, deputies, and 169 experts, selected as samples using the Morgan table and the stratified random sampling method. The research tools included the Cybernetics Management Questionnaire of Ghorbaniazadeh (2010), Churchill and McKenzie's Organizational Inertia (2014), Newman and Conrad's Knowledge Management (1999), and demographic variables. In this study, information was collected in two library sections to collect materials, theoretical foundations, and research background. In addition, with the coordination between the university and the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars Province, the research questionnaires were distributed in the field and using the standard questionnaires explained in the measurement tool section, among all the deputies and the director of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars Province and the heads and deputies of the departments of the counties, as well as the administrative staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Fars Province and the staff of the departments of sports and youth of this province, who were selected as the statistical sample, and were collected after completion. It should be noted that the confidentiality of the information was announced to the statistical samples and they were asked to answer the questionnaire questions at an appropriate time with the necessary accuracy and without bias, margins, and disturbing matters. In addition, to prevent the dropout of the subjects, a larger number of questionnaires were distributed and collected than the statistical samples. In the data analysis section, the research information and data were initially examined based on descriptive statistics to analyze the demographics of the employees (tables, frequencies, averages and graphs). The Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K. S) test was also used to determine the normality of the data. In the inferential statistics section, if the conditions for using parametric tests were met, the structural equation model and path analysis were used. In addition, the pls method was used to examine the research hypotheses at the level of the director and deputy staff officers and departments, which were few. It should be noted that SPSS (version 23), Amos (version 18), and Smart Pls (version 3) software were used to analyze the data, and the hypotheses were tested at the α ≥ 0. 05 level. Results: The results of the study showed that the Functions of cybernetic Management and Knowledge Management have a direct effect on reducing organizational inertia. The results of the study also showed that the Functions of cybernetic Management have an indirect effect on reducing organizational inertia with the mediating role of employee Knowledge Management. Using the bootstrapping method, the factor loadings and the significance test of the components were presented. In this table, the convergent index at the component level has been examined. The factor loading at the component level must be at least greater than 0. 4. The best value for factor loadings is in the range of 0. 7 to 0. 9. The factor loadings of all components are within the desired range and are statistically significant. To examine the reliability and validity of the constructs at the construct level, Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability coefficient, and average extracted variance indices have been used, the results of which are presented in Table 7. Conclusion: However, it should be noted that among the employees of the sports and youth departments of Fars province, Knowledge in the true sense is a set of human skills and capabilities that are accompanied by awareness and Knowledge of better production methods. In fact, Knowledge is the foundation of the skills, experience, and expertise of every employee or manager, so that the employees of the sports and youth departments of Fars province, by acquiring Knowledge Management, acquire the right Knowledge at the right time, which enables them to make the best decisions. Therefore, Knowledge Management can increase the negative effect of cybernetic Management of sports and youth departments of Fars province on the organizational inertia of the employees of that department. Therefore, cybernetic Management affects the organizational inertia of employees with the mediating role of Knowledge Management. Considering the results of the research that showed that cybernetic Management has a direct and indirect effect on the organizational performance of employees, it is therefore suggested that through evaluation methods, the performance of the departments of the counties be determined and the various Functions of cybernetic on organizational performance be determined and applied.

Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

The advancing role of Knowledge, innovation and moden technology in making strategic advantages and also value importance of Knowledge resource to manage organizations leads to remarkable situation of Knowledge Management at strategic policy center of organizations. However, Knowledge Management can achieve goals and objectives by direct effection on such concept as custemor-oriented, organizational learning, cultural promotion, leadership, intelligent decision making, redesign processes, producing new Knowledge, converting implicit Knowledge into explicit. Also according to new attributes of PNU central organization, it seems Knowledge Management is necessary to PUN mission and goal achievement. As result, the related literature and variables are reviewed, conceptual model is designed, then it is tested in descriptive_analytical survey by PUN managers and practitioners.

Abstract: 

The fast growing evolutions in our organizations and the organizations attempt to manage these changes efficiently reveals that in order to tackle these problems, which are threatening the existence of our organizations, and convert them into development chances we need to supply our organizations with Knowledge and Knowledge Management. Having done this, it would be possible to pass through the labyrinth of current changes in today’s world and make our organizations grow in an efficient manner. In fact, Knowledge is a tool which can convert natural and individual assets into wealth and direct us to progress and improvement. In this article, with the aid of a literature survey, the concept of Knowledge and its types, Knowledge Management and its associated models as well as its goals and obstacles especially in governmental organizations are described. Afterwards, there is a conclusion on how to expedite this procedure and finally, the current situation in Police Organization is discussed via interviews and document studies. This approach has been followed several times in recent years and has led to a number of outcomes.
